Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the RITM platform. By using RITM or creating an account, you agree to what follows.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This is a good-faith initial version describing how the platform actually works today. It is pending final legal review, the wording may change, and it is not a substitute for legal advice.
To be completed before final adoption
- Legal name of the operating entity and commercial registration number.
- Registered national address.
- The contact designated to receive formal legal notices.
1. The service
RITM is subscription software-as-a-service that lets a company run its projects, tasks, team, clients, finances and meetings in one place.
It is delivered over the internet; no software is supplied for you to run on your own machines.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your sign-in details private, and for activity carried out through your account.
The company owner grants and revokes their team's permissions and is responsible for what each member can reach.
- Do not share a password — every member gets their own account.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscription and payment
RITM is offered in plans with published limits. Some accounts begin with a trial; the additional allowances end when the trial does unless a paid subscription is activated.
Payments are handled by an external payment provider. Your card details never pass through RITM's servers and are not stored by us.
Prices may change in future. Subscribers are notified before a change applies to their renewal.
4. Fair use limits
Some language-model features carry a daily per-person limit that depends on the plan and the role. Requests the platform resolves in code do not count against that limit.
You may not use the platform in ways that harm its availability for others, to reach data that is not yours, or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Your data and who owns it
Content you upload or create inside your company's workspace remains yours. We claim no ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
We access your company's data only as far as needed to operate the service, to resolve a fault you have asked us to resolve, or where legally required.
RITM staff cannot sign in as one of your users, and every administrative action is written to an audit log.
6. Isolation between companies
Each company's data is isolated from every other at the database layer through row-level security policies — not merely hidden in the interface.
One company cannot see another's projects, clients, employees or financial figures.
7. Artificial intelligence in the platform
Some features use a language model from an external provider — to turn a meeting transcript into minutes, decisions and tasks, and to interpret requests written in free language.
Only what the request itself needs is sent, and only within the requester's own permissions. The model makes no authorisation decision; execution happens inside the platform after its own checks.
Model output can contain mistakes. Review automatically generated minutes and tasks before relying on them.
8. The provider marketplace
The platform lists offers from independent providers. RITM is not a party to the contract between you and a provider, and does not sell providers' products inside the platform.
We review provider applications, but that review is not a warranty of the quality of what they supply.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and stable; maintenance windows and outages can occur. This version makes no commitment to a specific availability percentage — any such commitment would be set out in a separate agreement.
10. Suspension and termination
You may end your subscription at any time. We may suspend an account for a material breach of these terms or for unpaid amounts.
After termination you get a reasonable window to export your data before deletion, per the retention policy set out in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and subscribers are notified of material changes by email or in the platform.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
